1. SAP WM Consultants(12 Postions)

Candidates should have minimum one end to end implementation experience with SAP WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (SAP WM) module and able to understand the customer requirement and configure the system accordingly. Should have experience in preparing the Functional & Technical Specifications · If the candidate knows SAP MATERIAL MANAGEMENT (MM)Module or SAP SALES & DISTRIBUTION (SD) module, then it is an added advantage. · Candidates should be flexible in terms of shifts & late night shifts of need arises

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Qualification:  B.E / B. Tech / MCA / BSc (CS) / MSc (CS) / Grad + GNIIT

Exp: 2-6 yrs of work experience on SAP WM module.

2.DB Programmer ( 7 Positions)
1.Develop the eCRF layout and the database corresponding to the eCRFs to hold the data from the EDC system.

2. Maintain and update the eCRF application and its components as required for protocol amendments or required metadata updates.

3. Create, test and maintain trial specific plausibility and consistency checks.

4. Create the data extract specifications.

5. Provide the data transfer specifications, test transfers and load third party data.

6. Develop database specifications and provide support for outsourced trials.

7. Develop study specific monitoring reports.

8. Program basic SQL queries to resolve problems with the eCRF applications.

9. Support reporting requirements using SQL and SAS.

10. Create and file trial documentation

Exp: 2 - 5 Years

Qualification: University or college degree in life science, computer science, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent relevant degree.

Education: B.Pharma - Pharmacy,B.Sc - Bio-Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Chemistry
PG - M.Pharma - Pharmacy,M.Sc - Bio-Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Chemistry

Location:Hyderabad

Desired Profile: 2-4 years working experience, with 1-3 years experience in clinical programming, set up of clinical databases and CRF design, gained in pharmaceutical industry or CRO

• Fluent English (oral and written).

• Has worked on a Clinical Database Mgmt system - ideally CT4 / ORACLE Clinical

• Basic knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL

• Good understanding of clinical database management systems and/or relational databases as applied to clinical trials.

3.Position : Female USA counselor: (2 Positions)

Should have the complete knowledge about the country and the process. Should be able to shortlist the universities by them selves. Should be a presentable and have aggressive zeal for sales. Should have good command over all three language, English, Telugu and Hindi.

4. Senior Software Engineer – (15 Positions)

  • Provides entire support of setting up HR Structure, System and policies and also places right people for the job implement.

 

  • Development policies like HR manual of the company, standing orders, incentive, leave policy, tour and traveling, Pay scale, compensation and benefits, Special Salary Advance Policy, Children Education Policy, Best Employee Awards. 
  • Effectively manage team of executives for HR Operations. Deliverables on day to day basis activities.

 

 

RECRUITMENT:

  • Involving in manpower planning for all department, screening & Short listing of candidates, scheduling interviews & conducting HR interviews up to manager leaves.
  • Maintenance of database related to recruitment.
  • Preparation of Advertisements, contact advertisement agencies for giving advt., in new papers. 
  • Using the job portals like Monster India, Naukri & Click jobs.
  • Ties up with consultants to meet manpower requirement. Negotiate with them for least possible service fees. 
  • Follows up with consultants for filling up vacancy as soon as possible.
  • Getting approvals, Certificate verification, Sending for pre employment medical check up, Joining formalities & Induction. 
  • Preparation of Appointment Letters & Issue, updating the individual particulars in the HMS, updating the New Joining register, Maintenance of Personal file.
  • Co-ordination with different department and finding him the requirements. 
  • Brief the new joiners about the organization and its profile.
  • Introduction to key people & Coordinating with departments. 

HR-MIS:

  • Preparation of monthly manpower report in department wise. 
  • Preparation of monthly reports like Salaries, Wages, OT, Absenteeism in department wise.
  • Late coming & early going reports 
  • New joining, resigned & absent reports in department wise.
  • Reports like Contract labour wages, Security wages, & manpower etc.,

WAGE & SALARY ADMINISTRATION:

  • To process employee monthly payroll for employees. 
  • Before processing to ensure stop payment of resigned employees, Disciplinary actions, checking leave particulars, entry of Salary advance, Income Tax, Canteen, Loans, Other deductions, New Joining, Resignations, Arrears, Increments, Confirmations etc.
  • After processing taking printouts of Scroll Report, Salary statements & Payslips. 
  • Sending Pay slips to the concerned departments/employees.
  • After receiving the resignation letter sending for approval, Sending No dues to the concerned departments on due date. 
  • Preparation of Full and Final Settlements, Issue of Relieving letters
  • Preparation of Salary Bank Letters.

 

  • Supervising activities of the Time office and maintenance of attendance and leave records necessary for processing for payroll.
  • Maintain Register like leaves, OT, Absenteeism, late coming of employees.

 

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE:

  • Dealing with the labour matters and liaising with government officials and local bodies such as Inspector of factories, labour department, EPF & ESIC organization, P.Tax, Employment Exchange, Pollution authorities etc.,

 

  • Filing of IOF, labour departments, ESI, PF & P.Tax, Employment Exchange, Half yearly & Yearly Returns etc.,
  • Maintaining all statutory records of all employees across the circle. 
  • Preparing & checking documents like PF Challans, ESI Challans, P.Tax, etc.,
